THE BOBBY LEES TAKE OVER THE ECHO

The New York 4 piece that has no relation to the comedian takes over the Echo in Los Angeles to a sold out crowd. On their third record they have created quite the following and deserving of that. The Bobby Lees deliver a high energy show that gives garage punk some new life. Being fronted by Sam Quartin who has an energy like no other that gets the crowd going with a relentless vocal delivery unlike anything you have seen in quite some time. The real treat of the entire show was Macky Bowman, quite possibly one of the tallest drummers ever witnessed on stage. Stripping down to just briefs and shoes while stretching in a way unimaginable, you knew that we were in for a treat.

With a nonstop set filled with songs from the new album “ Bellevue” and a couple crowd favorites “ Radiator” and an explosive start with their biggest hit “ Guttermilk” . Unleashing on the crowd and the crowd giving back the same energy and then some. All four of the band mates were on the same wavelength and put all their heart into the performance that made the hype worth it. If you like high energy , over top stage presence, garage punk then The Bobby Lees are right up your alley. Check them out when they come to your city because you will not be disappointed .
