Beachlife Ranch 2022 Recap

Beachlife Ranch, a three day festival put together by the same team that runs the annual Beachlife Fest at the Redondo Beach pier in Los Angeles, California. It was held from Sept 16 to Sept 18 and it was the first time the festival was focused on showcasing Country and Americana music.

The festival comprises multiple large stages with well-produced audio and visual effects, lots of food and beverage vendors and all while being right next to the ocean with your feet in the sand. It is perfect for people to enjoy the sun, music, and while having plenty of areas where people can chill on a blanket.

The festival included great performances by Wilco, Hall & Oates, Dierks Bentley, Songs of Waylon Jennings, Lukas Nelson & POTR, and Brandi Carlile with electrifying and breathtaking sets by my personal favorites Old Crow Medicine Show and The Lumineers. While The Lumineers hypnotized and captivated the audience with such majestic performance and storytelling, making them the perfect way to close the show on Friday.

By Sunday, the vibes were more mellow, but the musicianship of the bands remained at a high performance. Wilco and Greensky Bluegrass brought folk jams, breathtaking solos and instrumental pieces. Brandi Carlile closed with such energy that everyone experienced what a grand finale should be.

The location is perfect, allowing the audience to enjoy sunsets while listening to live performances from great musicians. Looking forward to seeing what they have in store for the spring and fall of 2023.
